I believe a wedding day should feel exactly like you! — not a script pulled from somewhere else, and not a day that runs on autopilot while you're too swept up to notice the details.
For six years, I worked as a director of a wedding planner, sitting behind the scenes of hundreds of ceremonies and receptions; coordinating timelines, calming nervous couples, and watching what made a day feel truly personal versus merely well-organised. When I work with you, you're not just getting someone who can write and deliver a beautiful ceremony, you're getting someone who's spent years understanding how a wedding day actually flows, what can go wrong, and how to make sure it doesn't. I bring that same planner's eye to every ceremony I lead, and every reception I MC.
Somewhere in those six years, I realised the part I loved most wasn't the logistics — it was standing close enough to witness the vows themselves. That's what led me to become a marriage celebrant.
When we work together, I take the time to really get to know you both, your story, your humour, the little things that make your relationship yours. So that when I stand up on your day, it doesn't feel like a stranger reading your vows. It feels like a friend who happens to know exactly how the day should run.
